Kiting, surfing, fishing, swimming, sunbathing, barbecuing, cycling, skating, playing, trampolining, walking, hiking, rowing, relaxing, experiencing and much more - all this is possible in our beach house "Kadic" with three holiday flats (top floor flat Josip, top floor flat Gordana and ground floor flat Carmen deluxe with upscale furnishings.
One person, couples, small families, larger families or groups with a maximum of 12 people can spend a great holiday here. The house is a non-smoking house!
The holiday home has 3 flats, which can also be booked individually, see above under entry photo or tab at the top Holiday flats: OG Apartment Josip, OG Apartment Gordana, EG Apartment Carmen deluxe. All rooms are bright with their windows and the high-quality ceramic-look flooring gives them a cosy warmth. On the ground floor there is a utility room with washing machine, washing lines (accessible via the outside entrance), which can be used by all 3 flats. All kitchens are equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, pots, cutlery and crockery, blender and chopping knives. The coal-fired barbecue in the garden in front of the house can of course also be used.
Sunbeds, garden chairs and parasols are also available in the garden. The rubbish bins are in the courtyard and must be disposed of properly. Bottles and glass should be disposed of in the bottle container on the beach if they cannot be returned.

Our beach house Kadic is quietly located on a quiet street in the north of Dalmatia near the beach "Zitna" (60m). Thus it offers the ideal environment for a relaxing holiday. the railway station of the island of Vir is 3km away. The centre of Zadar is 25km away and can be reached by bike. Bicycles can be rented from the provider 2km away. 400m away small supermarket and bakeries in the neighbourhood.

We have stayed at Haus Kadic several times now and, as always, we are very, very satisfied. Our flat Josip got a new kitchen and new furniture and they look great. The flat is always very clean, so that you can immediately feel at home. Mr Kadic is always available and gets back to you as soon as possible if there is a problem. You get great tips for various excursions and restaurants. House Kadic is perhaps 50 metres from the sea, which is also a big plus. We will definitely be back.

We stayed for 15 days in the Kadic accommodation on the island of Vir. We had a wonderful time in Croatia. The accommodation was an absolute dream. Great facilities, landlord and someone always available on site for any requests. There were even recommendations from the landlord himself and on site. We were pleasantly surprised, we had never experienced anything like it. We highly recommend this accommodation. Minimal criticism, the bathroom was under water after showering, but we received a mop on site, so the problem could be solved quickly.

This was our 4th time here in App.C Deluxe, with Josip Kadic. As always we felt very comfortable. Very good bed, clean flat, weekly bed linen and towel change, car park on the premises, good wifi and air conditioning. For us it is always a pleasure to grab a towel and walk 50 metres down the road to the pebble beach with crystal clear water and a view of Velebit. Good restaurants and excursions are available. The app. Kadic is on the quieter side of Vir.

The stay in flat A was great like 3 years ago. After 1 week the bed linen and towels were changed. We slept wonderfully and had a good rest. We could almost always have breakfast on our beautiful large balcony.
