Flat Carmen deluxe is located on the ground floor of the beach house. It is a cosy flat with private access. The apartment is equipped for 2-4 persons. The flat is a 2-room apartment with its own shower room. The open-plan kitchen-living room with terrace invites you to linger and cook and prepare meals together. You can eat either on the terrace or in the apartment. The cosy bedroom with double bed and living room/bedroom with sofa bed can be quickly converted into a 2-person bed. The living room is equipped with Smart TV, radio, CD/DVD/BluRay and connection for smartphones. Internet is available at a speed of 50Mbit. The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, pots, cutlery and crockery, blender and chopping knives.

Our beach house Kadic is quietly located on a quiet street in the north of Dalmatia near the beach "Zitna" (60m). Thus it offers the ideal environment for a relaxing holiday. the railway station of the island of Vir is 3km away. The centre of Zadar is 25km away and can be reached by bike. Bicycles can be rented from the provider 2km away. 400m away is a small supermarket where you can buy bread rolls and other small items from the nearby bakeries.

We were here for the 4th time App.C Deluxe, with Josip Kadic. As always we felt very comfortable. Very good bed, clean flat, weekly change of bed linen and towels, car park on the premises, good W-Lan and air conditioning. For us it is always a pleasure to grab a towel and walk 50 metres down the road to the pebble beach with crystal clear water and a view of Velebit. Good restaurants and excursions are available. The app. Kadic is located on the quieter side of Vir.
